LEGO Town 10184 Town Plan

LEGO 10184, Town Plan, is a set from the Town theme, within the Town Plan subtheme, released in 2008 with 2011 pieces. It represents a built urban scene, combining buildings, vehicles and minifigures into a city layout.

Town Plan belongs to the civic side of the Town theme. Rather than focusing on a single building, it presents a broader town setting made from several connected scenes. This makes it useful as a central display for a street, a neighbourhood, or a wider classic town arrangement.

The set includes 2011 pieces and 8 minifigures. The lineup is a man in a black vest over a white shirt with tie, a female chef with red neckerchief, two mechanics in blue jackets with Octan logos, a man in a dark blue plaid shirt, a man in a white tank top with a windsurfer print, a groom in a black suit and top hat, and a bride in a white dress with 3 flowers. The range of figures supports both everyday and ceremonial scenes.

It suits builders who want a displayable town composition, while still offering play value through its different roles and settings. Within Town, it can be understood as a broad city layout set, suitable for anchoring other buildings and vehicles or for expanding a collection focused on urban life.
