LEGO Monster Fighters 10228 Haunted House

LEGO set 10228, “Haunted House”, depicts a decaying haunted residence within the Monster Fighters theme. Released in 2012, it contains 2064 pieces and presents a gothic building setting for the line’s cast of monster characters.

In Monster Fighters, Haunted House serves as a major location rather than a small encounter scene or a vehicle. Its subject is a sinister, abandoned residence, giving the theme a fixed setting for vampire and ghost stories. The model fits the original Monster Fighters world rather than an outside licence.

The build focuses on the manor structure, interior spaces and worn architectural detail, supporting the impression of a neglected haunted home.

It is suited to Monster Fighters collectors, display builders and play centered on the included characters. Within the theme, it stands out as a full building that can act as Lord Vampyre’s residence and as a gathering place for the other monster figures. Its value in a collection comes from its role as a setting as much as from the minifigure lineup.
