LEGO set 10248, Ferrari F40, depicts the Italian sports car within the Creator Expert line.

The Ferrari F40 fits into Creator Expert as a recognizable vehicle model rather than a generic car build.

The build is therefore focused entirely on the car, including the structure needed to create the exterior form, cabin area and overall display profile.

This set is aimed mainly at car enthusiasts, Creator Expert collectors and builders who want a display model. It can still be handled as a LEGO vehicle, but its primary role is as a built representation to keep assembled. Within the Creator theme, it stands out through its direct subject, the Ferrari F40.
