Set 40749, Joy, Sadness & Anxiety, is a LEGO BrickHeadz release from 2024 with 300 pieces. It depicts Joy, Sadness and Anxiety in the compact, blocky character style used across the BrickHeadz theme.

Set 40749 presents Joy, Sadness and Anxiety as buildable BrickHeadz characters. The model belongs to the BrickHeadz root theme, where familiar characters are reduced to a consistent display format with squared heads, compact bodies and simplified details. Its appeal comes from character recognition rather than scene building.

The set contains 300 pieces and includes no separate minifigures. Building is focused on the characters themselves, using brick built shapes, colour blocking and small constructed details.

This set is best understood as a display and collection item for people who follow BrickHeadz or want character models in a consistent format.
