LEGO Friends 42704 Heartlake City Grand Hotel

LEGO Friends set 42704, Heartlake City Grand Hotel, depicts an urban hotel in the Heartlake City setting. Released in 2026, it belongs to the Friends theme and contains 1411 pieces for a large building focused on guests and social scenes.

The model fits into the Heartlake City range as a public building centered on travel, stays and meetings. In the Friends theme, a hotel gives the characters a setting that differs from homes, shops or leisure venues, while still supporting everyday stories and character interaction.

The build uses 1411 pieces and is presented as a substantial city building rather than a small accessory set. It includes 6 named mini-dolls: Olly in a bright light blue shirt and dark orange shorts, Astrid, Petch, Liann in a white top and medium lavender pants, Valentine, and Paisley in a bright light blue top and coral dress. The French retail title also refers to animal figures and accessories.

This set is suited to builders who want to expand a Friends layout with a prominent Heartlake City location. It can be used for display or for play scenes involving arrivals, hotel stays, visitors and friends meeting in town. Within a Friends collection, it functions as a major civic building alongside other Heartlake City locations.
