LEGO set 5508, “Deluxe Brick Box”, is a brick box from the Make & Create theme, under the Bricks & More subtheme. Released in 2010, it contains 704 pieces and provides an open selection of elements for free building rather than a single fixed model.

Set 5508 sits within Make & Create, specifically Bricks & More, a range focused on general building material. “Deluxe Brick Box” is best understood as a supply of parts for personal models, small structures, simple vehicles or improvised scenes, rather than as a set built around one defined subject.

The set is aimed at builders who want broad play value, practice with basic construction and a larger stock of everyday elements. Among Bricks & More sets, it can be placed as a general purpose box, suitable for supporting other Make & Create sets and for making custom builds rather than presenting a single finished display model.
