LEGO City set 60153, “People Pack - Fun At The Beach”, depicts a beach scene built around people and small seaside activities. Released in 2017, it belongs to the City theme and contains 169 pieces with 15 minifigures.
Within City, 60153 is focused on everyday life rather than on a main vehicle or a single large structure. The beach setting brings together holidaymakers, children, a lifeguard and a diver, making the set useful as an add on for urban layouts, waterfront displays or coastal scenes in the same theme.
The build is made up of small scene elements and accessories, while the minifigures are the central feature. The 169 pieces support a spread out beach vignette rather than one dominant model.
This set suits builders who want to populate a LEGO City layout, add activity to a beach or collect civilian minifigures. For display, it adds human scale and leisure detail. For play, the separate characters can be placed across multiple scenes, which makes 60153 distinct from City sets centered on transport, emergency services or buildings.
