LEGO City 60198 Cargo Train

Set 60198, Cargo Train, represents a freight train in the LEGO City theme, within the Trains subtheme. Released in 2018, it contains 1226 pieces and focuses on rail freight, loading operations and service roles around a City railway setting.

Model 60198 belongs to the City Trains range and is centered on freight transport rather than passenger service. It presents a LEGO urban rail scenario with a locomotive, cargo wagons, handling equipment and characters assigned to driving, security and loading duties.

The build is designed as a complete playable railway set. The 1226 pieces form the train and the supporting freight elements. The 6 minifigures are a forklift driver, a criminal, a security officer, a train driver, a female train driver and a female train worker. The set is known for including motorized operation and remote control for running on track.

It suits builders who want a functional railway core for a LEGO City layout, as well as collectors interested in modern City trains. Within City Trains, it stands as the freight-oriented entry, pairing naturally with stations, service vehicles and other urban infrastructure.
