LEGO City set 60394, ATV and Otter Habitat, depicts an off-road quad bike with a small natural habitat for otters. Released in 2023 under the City, Off-Road theme path, it contains 90 pieces and focuses on a park ranger scene.

ATV and Otter Habitat is part of LEGO City and sits within the Off-Road area of the theme. Its subject combines a light all-terrain vehicle with a nature setting, fitting the broader City approach to public services, outdoor work and everyday adventure. It is not an external licensed set.

The build is centred on the ATV and a small landscape element representing the otter habitat. The set includes 90 pieces and 1 named minifigure, Park Ranger. The supplied facts do not confirm any specific play mechanism, so the model is best described as a compact building and role-play scene.

This set is suited to nature-based LEGO City play, especially where a ranger character, a vehicle and wildlife scenery are useful. In a collection, it works as a supporting model alongside other City off-road vehicles, park settings or outdoor service scenes rather than as a large display centrepiece.
