LEGO Legends of Chima 70223 Icebite's Claw Driller

LEGO 70223 Icebite's Claw Driller depicts a clawed drilling vehicle from the Legends of Chima theme. Released in 2015, the set contains 629 pieces and fits the animal tribe conflict that defines the Legends of Chima setting.

Icebite's Claw Driller belongs to the later Legends of Chima material, where ice themed tribes and combat vehicles become prominent. The model presents a heavy machine associated with Icebite, using the idea of a drill, front claws and an action focused silhouette rather than a static location.

The build is centered on the vehicle, with decorative parts that match the theme and areas for placing characters during play.

It suits play focused on character conflict, since the included figures create immediate opposing roles within Chima. For display, the set offers a distinctive ice faction vehicle with a strong central form. In a Legends of Chima collection, it helps represent Icebite’s side of the theme and the more aggressive vehicle based sets from that setting.
