LEGO Ninjago 70736 Attack of the Morro Dragon

LEGO Ninjago set 70736, “Attack of the Morro Dragon,” is a 2015 release focused on the confrontation with Morro’s dragon. With 658 pieces, it belongs to the Ninjago theme and brings together possessed Lloyd, equipped ninja characters, and ghost warriors.

The main subject is Morro’s dragon, presented as a spectral threat within the Ninjago setting. The set belongs to the Possession storyline area of the theme, where Lloyd’s possession and the ghost faction are central to the conflict represented by the included characters.

The set contains 658 pieces and 6 minifigures: Ghost Chain Master Wrayth, Lloyd, Possessed, Kai in Deepstone Shoulder Armor (Possession), Jay in Deepstone Shoulder Armor (Possession), Ghost Warrior Cowler with Scabbard, and Ghost Ninja Hackler / Warrior Yokai with Scabbard. The lineup supports scenes built around a direct clash between ninja characters and Morro’s ghost forces.

It is suited to Ninjago collectors who want a set tied specifically to the Possession period, as well as builders interested in creature-based models. Within the wider theme, it sits apart from vehicle-led releases by making the dragon and the ghost characters the focus of display and play.
