LEGO Ninjago 71730 Epic Battle Set - Kai vs. Skulkin

LEGO set 71730, “Epic Battle Set - Kai vs. Skulkin”, depicts a confrontation between Kai and a Skulkin opponent. Released in 2021 in the Ninjago theme, it contains 70 pieces and focuses on a compact battle scene.

This model belongs to the Ninjago theme and places Kai against Wyplash, a character associated with the Skulkin. It is not presented as a large vehicle or an extensive location build, but as a direct character confrontation. The subject is therefore clear and self-contained, with the duel forming the main reason for the set.

The build provides a small setting for battle play, supported by elements and accessories suited to the encounter.

It is suited to Ninjago collectors who want these character variants, to play scenes involving a quick duel, or to small displays focused on minifigures. Within the wider theme, it sits as a complementary set rather than a centrepiece model. Its role is to add a defined Kai versus Skulkin encounter to a collection or layout.
