LEGO Star Wars set 7181, TIE Interceptor, depicts the angular winged Imperial fighter from the Star Wars saga.

The TIE Interceptor is presented here as a collector model from the Star Wars universe. Within the main Star Wars theme, set 7181 sits in the Ultimate Collector Series. The model focuses on the Imperial craft’s distinctive profile, with a central cockpit and angled side panels that separate it from the standard TIE Fighter.

As a result, the build is centered entirely on the vehicle rather than on a character scene.

This set is aimed mainly at LEGO Star Wars collectors and fans looking for a display model. It can still be used for play, but its place in the Ultimate Collector Series makes display and vehicle representation the more natural context. In a Star Wars collection, it complements other Imperial craft with a subject clearly distinct from the classic TIE Fighter.
