LEGO set 71854, Cole's Mission Mech & Dragon Zane, is part of the Ninjago theme and was released for 2026. With 364 pieces, it combines Cole’s mission mech, Zane in a draconic form, and the opposing character Acid Monster, Tail.

Within Ninjago, this set presents a compact action setup built around Cole and Zane. Its subject pairs a mission mech for Cole with a dragon version of Zane, while Acid Monster, Tail gives the model a named opponent and a clear conflict for play.

Rebrickable lists 364 pieces and 3 minifigures: Acid Monster, Tail, Zane (Draconus Form), and Cole (Draconus Robes). The French retail title also mentions a sword, so a weapon accessory can be noted, while any further play functions should not be assumed from the available data.

The set is relevant for Ninjago collectors interested in character variants, especially draconic forms and Cole’s specific robes. It can stand alone as a small play scenario with heroes, creature, mech, and enemy, or be placed alongside other Ninjago builds to broaden a mission based display.
