LEGO Star Wars 75079 Shadow Troopers

LEGO Star Wars set 75079, “Shadow Troopers”, was released in 2015 and represents a small Imperial unit with a dark visual style.

“Shadow Troopers” sits within LEGO Star Wars as a troop focused set rather than a large vehicle or location model. Its subject is an Imperial detachment with dark armor, making it suitable for scenes built around the Empire and for expanding the presence of specialized soldiers in a display or play setting.

The set contains 95 pieces and 2 minifigures listed by name: Shadow Guard and Shadow Stormtrooper, Pearl Dark Gray. The build is compact and functions as support for the figures, giving them context without becoming the main attraction.

This set is most relevant to collectors of LEGO Star Wars minifigures, builders assembling Imperial ranks, and fans who want a small display piece with darker trooper designs. Among sets in the same theme, it is best understood as a supplementary troop pack, useful alongside larger models rather than as a central build.
