LEGO Harry Potter 75978 Diagon Alley

LEGO set 75978 “Diagon Alley” depicts the shopping street from the Harry Potter universe. Released in 2020 in the Harry Potter theme, it contains 5548 pieces and builds a large urban setting from the licence.

Set 75978 focuses on Diagon Alley, the wizarding shopping street that plays a central role in the Harry Potter stories. Within the LEGO Harry Potter theme, it represents one of the major civilian locations of the licence, distinct from school based Hogwarts builds or smaller scene based sets.

The build uses 5548 pieces and is arranged around detailed shop fronts, accessible interiors and a streetscape format that brings several storefronts together.

The set is suited to display because of its scale and continuous street layout, while the minifigure selection and shop interiors support character based play. In a Harry Potter collection, it sits naturally alongside Hogwarts related models as a representation of the commercial side of the wizarding world.
