LEGO Sonic The Hedgehog 77005 Knuckles vs. Dr. Eggman Egg Crusher Mech

LEGO set 77005, Knuckles vs. Dr. Eggman Egg Crusher Mech, depicts a confrontation between Knuckles and Dr. Eggman’s Egg Crusher within the Sonic The Hedgehog theme. Released in 2025, it includes 350 pieces and focuses on characters and objects from the video game licence.

The model brings together Knuckles and Dr. Ivo “Eggman” Robotnik, with the Egg Crusher mech as the central build. This subject fits the Sonic The Hedgehog theme by presenting Eggman through a constructed machine and setting it against one of the licence’s main heroic characters.

The set contains 350 pieces and 2 minifigures: Dr. Ivo “Eggman” Robotnik and Knuckles, Open Mouth. Rings and Chaos Emeralds are also referenced, giving the scene recognizable Sonic The Hedgehog elements without moving away from the core duel shown by the set.

It can be used for play centred on a direct confrontation, displayed as an Eggman mech, or added to a Sonic The Hedgehog collection. Within the theme, it is best understood as a character driven set built around Knuckles, Eggman, and a specific robot opponent.
