Modular Construction Site presents a building site rather than a completed structure. Within the BrickLink Designer Program theme, it stands out as a model about the process of construction itself, using an unfinished urban setting as the main subject.

The build uses 3374 pieces and includes 6 minifigures. The line up consists of a construction engineer or architect with tan torso, dark green legs and white helmet, a foreman with orange torso, dark blue legs and white helmet, and several construction workers with orange torsos, dark blue legs and red helmets. The workers include varied expressions and details, such as a female worker and a worker with a black bandana.

This set is suited to BrickLink Designer Program collectors and builders who enjoy city layouts with visible activity rather than only finished façades. It can be displayed as a self contained construction scene, used for role play, or placed beside modular buildings to suggest an evolving streetscape.
