LEGO Classic 11009 Bricks and Lights

LEGO set 11009 Bricks and Lights, released in 2020 as part of the Classic line, has 441 pieces. Its inventory breaks down into 173 different lots, across 26 colors.

Set 11009 belongs to LEGO Classic, a theme built around open ended construction rather than a licensed story or a single display subject. “Bricks and Lights” places the emphasis on visual experimentation, using brick built shapes, silhouettes and light as part of the play idea.

As with other Classic boxes, the pieces can be rebuilt and adapted, supporting small builds, personal variations and exploratory arrangements rather than a fixed scene.

This makes the set suitable for creative play, building practice and adding useful elements to an existing collection. Within the Classic theme, it is best identified by its focus on light and shadow effects, not by a vehicle, building or character subject. For collectors, it sits as a themed free building box within the broader Classic range.
