LEGO Mindstorms 31313 Mindstorms EV3

LEGO set 31313, Mindstorms EV3, belongs to the Mindstorms theme and the EV3 subtheme.

Mindstorms EV3 is part of the LEGO Mindstorms theme, which focuses on programmable robotics rather than a fixed display subject. Set 31313 is not a single building or vehicle, but a construction platform for robots, moving mechanisms and technical projects based on the EV3 system.

Its main identity comes from combining Technic style construction with the programmable EV3 brick, motors and sensors. This allows models to move, detect input and respond to commands, making the build process closely linked to experimentation.

It is best suited to builders interested in mechanics, coding and iterative testing. As a display item, its appearance depends on the model built, while as a play and learning set it has a clear purpose. Within Mindstorms, it represents the EV3 generation of LEGO robotics sets.
