LEGO Technic 8110 Mercedes-Benz Unimog U400

LEGO Technic set 8110, “Mercedes-Benz Unimog U400”, represents a Mercedes-Benz utility vehicle in a technical building style.

Set 8110 brings the Mercedes-Benz Unimog U400 into the LEGO Technic system, focusing on structure, proportions and a mechanically oriented build. Within Technic, it sits among realistic vehicle subjects where beams, axles and visible construction methods are more central than a fully smooth exterior shell.

The build is therefore centered on the vehicle itself, rather than on characters or a scene. It uses the Technic approach to convey the general outline and utilitarian character of the Unimog, while keeping attention on the assembly and the engineering language of the theme.

This set is suited to builders interested in working vehicles, truck subjects and substantial Technic models. It can be displayed, handled as a careful play model or placed in a collection of Technic utility vehicles. Among sets from the same theme, its identity comes from the recognizable Mercedes-Benz Unimog U400 subject and its piece count.
