LEGO Chinese Traditional Festivals 40643 Jade Rabbit

LEGO set 40643, Jade Rabbit, depicts the jade rabbit associated with Chinese festive traditions. Released in 2023 under the Chinese Traditional Festivals theme, it contains 288 pieces and includes no minifigures.

Jade Rabbit belongs to the Chinese Traditional Festivals theme, which covers models connected with Chinese customs, symbols and celebrations. The jade rabbit is a traditional motif often linked with the Moon and seasonal festivities. As a result, the set is best understood as a symbolic display model rather than a character driven scene.

The build uses 288 pieces. No minifigures are included, and there are no named characters listed for the set. The focus is on constructing the rabbit itself and presenting it as a recognisable cultural subject. With no verified information about special functions or specific accessories, it should be described in general terms as a static themed build.

This set is suited to builders who enjoy decorative models, cultural references and compact display pieces. It can sit alongside other Chinese Traditional Festivals sets in a collection centred on festive subjects. Because it has no minifigures, its emphasis is less on role play and more on display and thematic collecting.
