LEGO Other 40656 Play with Braille - English Alphabet

LEGO 40656, Play with Braille - English Alphabet, is a 2023 set focused on the English alphabet in braille and listed under the root theme Other.

Set 40656 presents braille as the main subject, specifically through the English alphabet. In the Other theme, it sits apart from vehicle, building or story-based releases. Its identity comes from the relationship between LEGO elements, written language and a tactile way of representing characters.

The build is therefore best understood as an arrangement-based model, focused on handling and recognizing letter-related elements, rather than a display structure with a narrative setting or a complex mechanical feature.

It is suited to builders interested in language, accessibility, learning and atypical LEGO subjects. It can be used for quiet play, demonstration or collection alongside other educational or non-licensed sets. Within Other, it is defined less by a fictional world and more by its precise subject: the English alphabet represented through braille.
