LEGO Technic 42097 Compact Crawler Crane

LEGO Technic set 42097, “Compact Crawler Crane”, depicts a compact crane on crawler tracks.

The model represents a compact crawler crane, a construction machine where a tracked base supports lifting equipment. Within Technic, it belongs to the group of work machines and construction vehicles, using the theme’s emphasis on visible structure and mechanical building rather than character based play.

The build focuses on the tracked chassis, the upper crane body and the boom.

This set suits builders interested in construction equipment, display models and hands on Technic mechanisms. In a Technic collection, it stands apart from road cars, trucks and racing subjects by focusing on lifting equipment and crawler movement in a compact crane format.
