LEGO Technic 42137 Formula E Porsche 99X Electric

LEGO Technic set 42137, “Formula E Porsche 99X Electric”, represents an electric Porsche single seater associated with Formula E.

This model depicts the Porsche 99X Electric, a racing car connected with the Formula E championship. Within Technic, it fits among modern vehicle sets that focus on structure, body shape and the overall silhouette of the subject rather than a minifigure based scene.

The build is centred on a low chassis, a single seater racing profile and the Technic style of construction using beams, axles and connectors. Its emphasis is on creating the vehicle’s technical form, with general details appropriate to an electric racing car.

It is suited to builders interested in racing cars, Porsche models and compact Technic vehicles. The finished model can be displayed on its own as a representation of the Porsche 99X Electric, or compared with other Technic cars to study proportions, bodywork methods and different approaches within the same theme.
