LEGO City 60118 Garbage Truck

LEGO City set 60118, Garbage Truck, depicts a refuse collection vehicle for an urban setting. Released in 2016, it belongs to the City theme and contains 248 pieces, with 2 minifigures supporting everyday municipal play scenes.

Garbage Truck sits within the everyday service side of the City theme. Rather than focusing on emergency response or licensed subject matter, it represents a municipal vehicle that helps make a LEGO town feel lived in and functional.

The build is centered on the truck, with a cab, rear bodywork and general detailing appropriate to a refuse collection vehicle.

This is a useful set for role play around streets, residential areas and public services. It can also be displayed as part of a broader City layout where ordinary work vehicles are needed. In a City collection, it complements police, fire, construction and transport models by adding a practical civic function rather than a more dramatic scene.
