LEGO City 60429 Spaceship and Asteroid Discovery

LEGO set 60429, Spaceship and Asteroid Discovery, depicts a compact space exploration scene with a spaceship, an asteroid and characters. Released in 2024 under the City theme, Space subtheme, it contains 126 pieces.

Set 60429 is part of LEGO City Space, a branch of the City theme focused on imaginative space missions. Its subject is the discovery of an asteroid by a small spaceship crew, presented as a self-contained exploration scene rather than as part of an external licensed universe.

The selection supports a compact build with a spacecraft, an asteroid setting and a direct encounter between astronauts and an alien.

It is suited to story-based play, small display scenes and expansion of an existing City Space layout. Within the theme, it works as a supporting set: it adds crew members, an alien figure and a discovery point that can sit alongside larger space vehicles, bases or terrain builds.
