LEGO Ninjago 70605 Misfortune's Keep

LEGO set 70605, Misfortune's Keep, represents a sky pirate vessel within the Ninjago theme. Released in 2016, it contains 754 pieces and focuses on the conflict around Nadakhan and the ninja characters included.

Misfortune's Keep is part of the Ninjago theme and reflects the sky pirate setting associated with this group of characters. The main subject is a large fantasy ship, presented as an enemy craft rather than a static location. In a Ninjago collection, it stands apart from ninja vehicles by giving the opposing faction a substantial model.

This lineup combines pirate crew members with ninja characters, allowing the central confrontation to be staged using the contents of the set. The build is centered on the vessel, with attention to its hull, deck areas, and onboard equipment.

It suits both play and display, especially for collectors who organize Ninjago sets by faction or story period. Compared with other Ninjago releases, it is best understood as a major antagonist vehicle, useful alongside Skybound character variants and other models involving Nadakhan’s crew.
