LEGO Star Wars 75098 Assault on Hoth

LEGO Star Wars set 75098, Assault on Hoth, depicts the attack on the Rebel base on Hoth within the Ultimate Collector Series. Released in 2016, it contains 2144 pieces and presents a broad battle scene with Rebel personnel, Imperial presence and the Wampa.

Its subject is the Battle of Hoth, with a snowy Rebel installation, defensive positions and elements tied to the Imperial assault. Rather than focusing on a single vehicle, the set builds a location based scene from the license.

The model uses 2144 pieces and includes 15 figures. The line up features Luke Skywalker in Hoth outfit, Han Solo with dark brown jacket, Wedge Antilles, Wes Janson, Toryn Farr, K-3PO, astromech droid R3-A2, Rebel troopers, a Snowtrooper and the Wampa big figure. The built sections form a Rebel base environment suited to staging scenes and character interaction.

This set is aimed at Star Wars collectors who want a Hoth display, as well as builders who prefer a playable diorama to a single display vehicle. Within the Ultimate Collector Series, it is notable for representing a battlefield location and ensemble cast rather than one highly focused ship or ground craft.
