LEGO Monkie Kid 80065 Erlang's Celestial Mech

LEGO set 80065, Erlang's Celestial Mech, depicts a celestial mech within the Monkie Kid theme. Released in 2025, it contains 806 pieces and 5 minifigures, placing Erlang Shen and related characters at the centre of the model’s subject.

Erlang's Celestial Mech belongs to the LEGO Monkie Kid theme, which reworks characters and motifs connected with the Monkey King tradition in an action focused setting. The subject is a celestial mech tied to Erlang Shen, bringing a mythological figure into the theme’s distinctive mix of fantasy, conflict and character driven storytelling.

The set includes 806 pieces and is built around a large mechanical model intended to serve as the main construction. The 5 listed minifigures are Monkie Kid, White Armor, Mr. Tang, Dark Orange Torso, Monkie King, White Torso, Celestial General and Erlang Shen. This line up supports scenes involving the central mech, heroic characters and celestial figures.

It is suited to Monkie Kid fans who want a set that works for both play and display. In a collection from the same theme, it sits among character led conflict models, where the main build and the minifigure selection define the scene together. Its focus is specific rather than generic, because Erlang Shen is named and represented directly.
