LEGO UCS ranked by parts and year, from Star Destroyer to Death Star
LEGO UCS stands for Ultimate Collector Series, and our database holds 56 of them from 2000 to 2026. The largest is the Death Star 75419 at 9,031 parts. The two oldest sets we detail are Star Wars models without minifigures, and the top of the range now carries a launch price near a thousand dollars.

The Death Star 75419 tops the range at 9,031 parts and 39 minifigures
The largest LEGO UCS set in our database is 75419 Death Star, from 2025. It has 9,031 parts and 39 minifigures. Its launch retail price is $999.99 / £899.99, the highest in our list. Our sale dates show it on sale from October 2025, with no end date recorded.
It sits about 1,500 parts above 75192 Millennium Falcon, which has 7,541. That is a wide gap. Nothing in our list passed the Falcon between its 2017 launch and this Death Star.
The minifigure count is just as lopsided. The 39 figures beat every other set we list. The next best are 75159 Death Star with 23 and 10188 Death Star with 21. Meanwhile 10143 Death Star II, from 2005, has none at all. Same moon-sized idea, very different philosophy.
Star Wars fills the top of the parts ranking and DC breaks in at ninth
Sort the range by parts and the first eight places are all Star Wars. Only then does a non-Star Wars set appear: 76252 Batcave Shadowbox, ninth, with 3,989 parts. Here are the ten largest.
| Set | Year | Parts | Minifigures | Launch price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 75419 Death Star | 2025 | 9,031 | 39 | $999.99 / £899.99 |

| 75313 AT-AT | 2021 | 6,785 | 9 | $849.99 / £734.99 |
| 75331 The Razor Crest | 2022 | 6,187 | 4 | $599.99 / £519.99 |
| 75367 Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser | 2023 | 5,381 | 2 | $649.99 / £559.99 |
| 10179 Millennium Falcon | 2007 | 5,198 | 5 | $499.99 / £342.49 |
| 75252 Imperial Star Destroyer | 2019 | 4,784 | 2 | $699.99 / £614.99 |
| 75159 Death Star | 2016 | 4,024 | 23 | $499.99 / £409.99 |
| 76252 Batcave Shadowbox | 2023 | 3,989 | 7 | $399.99 / £344.99 |
| 75397 Jabba's Sail Barge | 2024 | 3,943 | 10 | $499.99 / £429.99 |
Only one set in this top ten predates 2016: the 2007 Millennium Falcon. Seven of the ten arrived in 2019 or later. The big end of the range is a recent habit.
The two Millennium Falcons show how far the scale has moved
10179 Millennium Falcon, from 2007, has 5,198 parts and 5 minifigures. Its launch retail price was $499.99 / £342.49, and our dates put its sale between October 2007 and December 2009. For its time it was the model to beat.
75192 Millennium Falcon, from 2017, has 7,541 parts, about 2,300 more, and 9 minifigures. The launch price is $849.99 / £734.99. It went on sale in October 2017, and our database gives December 2026 as the end. That date is later than today, so the end is only announced, not reached.
The AT-AT 75313 is worth setting next to it. It launched in 2021 with the same $849.99 / £734.99 and the same 9 minifigures, but with 6,785 parts, about 800 fewer. Its sale window ran from November 2021 to December 2024. At the top of this range, the price tracks the license and the footprint, not just the brick count.
The oldest sets we detail are Star Destroyers and Death Stars without minifigures
Our database starts in 2000, and it also lists 10026 Naboo Starfighter at 188 parts, the smallest entry we show. The oldest sets with full data in our list start in 2002 with 10030 Imperial Star Destroyer. It has 3,116 parts and no minifigures. The launch retail price was $269.99 / £249.99, and the sale ran from December 2002 to December 2007.
10143 Death Star II followed in 2005 at the exact same launch price, $269.99 / £249.99, with 3,461 parts, about 300 more. Again no minifigures.
The turn came in 2007 with the first Falcon, then 10188 Death Star in 2008: 3,807 parts, 21 minifigures, $399.99 / £274.99. That one carried far more figures than anything before it, and cost less at launch than the Falcon. After that, empty sets became rare. 10215 Obi-Wan's Jedi Starfighter (2010, 676 parts) and 10227 B-wing Starfighter (2012, 1,487 parts) are the last two in our list without a single minifigure.
Since 2007 the range has not skipped a single year in our list
From 2007 on, every year up to 2026 has at least one entry in our list. 2009 brought 10195 Republic Dropship with AT-OT and 10198 Tantive IV. 2010 gave 10212 Imperial Shuttle and 10215. 2011 added 10221 Super Star Destroyer, 3,152 parts, with a launch price of $399.99 / £349.99.
Something else changes around 2013. 10240 Red Five X-Wing Starfighter is the last of the 10000 numbers in our list, and 75059 Sandcrawler arrives in 2014 with 3,296 parts and 12 minifigures. From 2013 on, every set we list comes with at least one minifigure, and several carry a crowd: 10236 Ewok Village and 75098 Assault on Hoth have 15 each.
The busiest years are 2021, 2023 and 2025, with three entries each. The 2021 trio is 75309 Republic Gunship, 75313 AT-AT and 76240 Batmobile Tumbler. In 2023 we find 75355 X-Wing Starfighter, 75367 Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser and 76252 Batcave Shadowbox.
The latest sets are mid-sized ships with a Death Star on top
Not every recent set is a monster. 75382 TIE Interceptor (2024) has 1,931 parts and a launch price of $229.99 / £199.99. 75397 Jabba's Sail Barge, also 2024, goes the other way: 3,943 parts, 10 minifigures, $499.99 / £429.99. Both have an announced sale end of December 2026, later than today.
2025 starts at 75409 Jango Fett's Firespray-Class Starship: 2,970 parts, 2 minifigures, $299.99 / £259.99, on sale since May 2025. Then comes 75417 AT-ST Walker, 1,513 parts, 1 minifigure, $199.99 / £179.99, since August 2025. That is fewer parts than the 2015 TIE Fighter 75095 (1,685). The Death Star closes the year.
The newest entry is 75442 The Mandalorian's N-1 Starfighter, from 2026: 1,809 parts, 2 minifigures, $249.99 / £229.99, on sale since May 2026. None of these four recent sets has an end date in our database.
DC joins with Batmobiles, and the Tumbler has been built twice
Star Wars is not the whole range. Among the 40 sets we list, five are DC, all Batman. The first is 76023 The Tumbler, from 2014: 1,869 parts, 2 minifigures, $199.99 / £159.99, on sale from September 2014 to December 2015.
76139 1989 Batmobile followed in 2019 with 3,310 parts and 3 minifigures, at $249.99 / £219.99. 76161 1989 Batwing came in 2020 with 2,363 parts, 3 minifigures and $199.99 / £174.99. The Tumbler returned in 2021 as 76240 Batmobile Tumbler, with 2,049 parts, about 200 more than the first, and 2 minifigures. Its launch price was $269.99 / £229.99.
The biggest DC set is 76252 Batcave Shadowbox, from 2023, with 3,989 parts and 7 minifigures. It launched at $399.99 / £344.99, and the sale window closed in December 2024. It is a small step short of the 4,000 mark, but it is still the ninth largest in the whole range.
Parts count alone is a poor guide to what a UCS set costs
Compare 75331 The Razor Crest and 75367 Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser. The Razor Crest has 6,187 parts and a launch price of $599.99 / £519.99. The Venator has about 800 fewer parts, 5,381, yet it launched higher at $649.99 / £559.99. The price follows the subject, not a clean price per brick.
If you want people on your shelf, look at minifigure counts: 75159 Death Star (23), 10188 Death Star (21), 75098 Assault on Hoth (15) and 10236 Ewok Village (15). If you want a plain display piece, the 10143 and 10030 era is your reference, and they are the only sets above 3,000 parts in our list with no figures at all.
For sale status, trust only the dates. 75192, 75367, 75397 and 75382 all show December 2026 as their announced end. 75313, 75331, 76252 and 76240 have sale windows that closed in 2024 or 2025. The Death Star 75419, Jango Fett's ship 75409, the AT-ST Walker 75417 and the N-1 Starfighter 75442 have no end date recorded.

Our take
The range is better than its reputation for excess suggests. The data shows a real progression: from two sets without a single figure to a Death Star with 39, and a steady yearly rhythm since 2007. The weakness is the monoculture. Star Wars owns the top eight, and DC is the only other theme that matters here. The largest sets also carry launch prices that would have been absurd in 2002. If you pick one, pick by subject first, then check the sale dates. We would start with the Millennium Falcon 75192 for the scale, or the Death Star 75159 for the crowd.
