LEGO Ninjago 70670 Monastery of Spinjitzu

LEGO Ninjago set 70670, Monastery of Spinjitzu, depicts a key location connected with ninja training and the wider Ninjago story. Released in 2019, it contains 1080 pieces and belongs to the Ninjago theme, with 8 minifigures included.

The model presents the Monastery of Spinjitzu as an architectural setting within the Ninjago theme. Rather than focusing on a vehicle or creature, it provides a place associated with the ninja team, their training, and Master Wu’s role in the story world.

The build uses 1080 pieces to create a setting for display and story play. The 8 included minifigures are Kai (Legacy), Jay (Legacy), Zane (Legacy), Cole (Legacy), Master Wu with Gold Lettering on Robes, Nya (Legacy), Lloyd (Legacy), and Wyplash (Legacy). This line-up brings together the main ninja in Legacy form, their teacher, and an opposing character.

The set suits collectors and builders who want a fixed Ninjago location rather than another action vehicle. It can work as a display backdrop for the Legacy characters or as a central scene for play. Within the theme, it is best understood as a location-based set that helps frame the characters together.
