LEGO Star Wars set 9499, Gungan Sub, represents the Gungan underwater craft from the Star Wars saga. Released in 2012, it belongs to the Star Wars theme and contains 466 pieces, with characters tied to the Naboo sequences.

Gungan Sub sits within the Naboo and Gungan side of the Star Wars theme. Its subject is an underwater vehicle, which gives it a different place in the range from the many starfighters, ground vehicles and capital ships commonly associated with Star Wars sets.

This character line up connects the model to the underwater journey and the Naboo setting.

Among sets from the same theme, its main point of difference is the aquatic Gungan subject rather than a conventional space or military craft.
