LEGO Technic 42062 Container Yard

LEGO set 42062 Container Yard, released in 2017 as part of the Technic line, has 631 pieces. Its inventory breaks down into 117 different lots, across 12 colors.

“Container Yard” sits within the Technic theme and focuses on an industrial handling setting rather than a single conventional road vehicle. Its subject suggests a working area where containers are moved and arranged, making it a good fit for Technic’s emphasis on constructed mechanisms and utility models.

Its content therefore centres on the built elements themselves, their structure and the way they represent a container yard.

This set is suited to Technic builders who like worksite, transport and logistics subjects. It can be displayed with other Technic models or used in play as part of a container handling scene. Among Technic sets, it occupies a practical, industrial niche rather than a character driven or licensed one.
