LEGO Technic 42057 Ultralight Helicopter

LEGO Technic set 42057, “Ultralight Helicopter”, depicts an ultralight helicopter as a compact mechanical build. Released in 2017 with 199 pieces, it belongs to the Technic theme and focuses on structure, rotors and functional assembly rather than minifigures.

Set 42057 “Ultralight Helicopter” sits within the Technic theme, where vehicles and machines are represented through visible structures and mechanical building methods. The model depicts a small ultralight helicopter with an open framework, a main rotor and a recognizable tail section. It is not tied to a licensed property and functions as a standalone Technic aircraft subject.

Its construction uses typical Technic elements such as beams, axles, connectors and rotor parts. Rather than forming a fully enclosed body, the build emphasizes the frame, cockpit area and exposed technical character of a lightweight aircraft.

This set suits a concise Technic build that can be handled for play or placed on display with other vehicles. In a collection, it adds an aviation subject among ground vehicles, construction machines and other Technic models, making it useful for representing a broader range of machine types within the theme.
