LEGO set 71396, Bowser Jr.'s Clown Car Expansion Set, represents Bowser Jr.'s flying vehicle from the Super Mario universe.

The model focuses on Bowser Jr.'s Clown Car, a vehicle tied to the Super Mario licence. Within the LEGO Super Mario theme, it serves as a focused expansion, adding a recognizable subject connected to Bowser Jr. rather than a broad scene or character lineup.
